Start with 6 players in each area at one end of field. On Go, players run with the ball to the opposite area and stop the ball on the red coned line. Process is repeated going the other direction. While players are waiting for the word go, they are dribbling around in their own area. Progression to competition. Number players in each group. Call number and each player with that number leaves their own area to get to the opposite area. Progression to Chase. Players pair up based on their number. One with ball, one follower. On Coach`s number call, player with ball tries to escape out of the grid and score a goal on the net. Follower chases to try and get the ball. If chaser gets to the ball they take a shot. Followers and chasers switch roles.
