All players are to dribble the ball from their current position to the opposite side, turn and dribble back again and control the ball to a stop. They will complete this twice per side. The BLUE players are to dribble by rolling the ball under the sole of their foot. The GREEN players are to dribble the ball with the inside of the feet. The RED players are to dribble using their own creative techniques e.g. step overs. The ORANGE players are to dribble using the outside of their feet. Once all players have dribbled twice (there and back) they rotate either clockwise or anti clockwise to a different dribble challenge, for example the GREEN may rotate to RED's side in which the GREEN will now be completing creative dribbling.
- Players to use Cruyff turn. - Ensure players are keeping their heads up in order to avoid dribbling into other people. This will embed the importance of keeping their heads up to avoid being challenged by the opposition during games.
