
Player starts with ball in front. The player does not move for this drill, as this is only a footwork move. Move the ball in front of you in a small triangle: pull ball backward with bottom of foot use inside of foot to tap ball across body tap ball forward to original position with opposite foot. Continue to increase speed with repetition.
Variations: reverse direction behind the back: 1st pull on ball places ball behind you.
