
In this warm-up, playes will use the bottom of the foot to move the ball around the cones. Throughout the drill, players will face the same direction. Side 1: Use bottom of left foot to roll ball from left to right. Side 2: Use bottom of either foot to roll ball forward Side 3: Use bottom of right foot to move ball from right to left. Side 4: Use bottom of either foot to roll ball backwards.
Variations: Sheild and Stop: stop ball after each touch.
