Overloaded game. Play a normal game but with one team having all there players and the other team only having half the number, for instance 6v3 (with three resting). The 6 always get the ball from their coach (GK). After every goal the team of three rotate. If the team of 3 win the ball they are allowed to dribble and shoot at goal.
Try not to stop start too much, let them play.. Can the players get into a 2v1 situation and perform a give and go! Focus on that prep touch. Make sure all passes are strong. Ask the players - What/Who is the fastest player on the Field??? (The Ball)
