For this drill you will need 2 goals and 2 sticks, set the goals up next to each other with enough space in the middle. The drill works by the attacking dribbling the ball constantly checking his shoulder with the defender running behind, just before the attacker runs past the sticks the defender will choose a side and go around the stick while the attacker will go through the middle and go to the opposite side of the defender and then try to score in the goal once their around the stick.
Attackers must be constantly checking their shoulders Dribbling must be close to the body and fast Defenders can you make the attacker run into you by faking them out
