Community | 4-Gate Passing Drill

Chad Roberts Coach, United States of America

DESCRIPTION

One player stands in the center of 4 colored gates. A player in line plays the ball to the teammate in the center of the gates and yells a color. The player in the box needs to take an appropriate first touch to then dribble the ball at speed through that set of cones. The person in the center gets back in line, and the passer replaces the person in the center.
