Players form a line behind an orange cone about 20 yards from the target goal. First player steps in front of the cone to receive a ball from the coach. Coach plays a ball in the air to the player. Player must use first touch to bring it to the ground then second touch to pass it into the goal. Coach should play the ball from varius angles (including behind the player), trajectories, and speeds. Players chase their ball and get back in line for another attempt.
Players should be using soft body part to bring ball immediately to the ground. Players should try to complete pass as quickly as possible after first touch.
