
Fitness exercise with a serious point. Player start in position, the ball is passed quickly between players. The full back needs to bomb forward quickly and deliver a quality ball to striker who scores. All pplayers are required to follow up play incase the move breaks down. Progression 1. Pitch can be divided into half down the length. Two half teams (ball each) can compete (side by side) to get the ball forward with speed and accuracy in a race to goal. Progression 2. Two teams (ball each) start from opposite end, CB can tackle striker.
