
First player passes to player in by the middle cone then follows the ball to the middle cone Middle player turns with the ball and passes to either the top right or top left player, this needs to be alternated. This player then follows the ball to where the pass went. Whoever received the ball (top left or top right) needs to dribble back to the start. This is then repeated.
