player 1 will play a 1-2 with player 2, and then pass the ball out to player 3. Player 1 will then round into the center to recieva a pass from player 3 and then pass out to player 4. Player 1 will then carry on his run into the area where they will recive the ball back from player 4 and take a shot. When player 1 has taken his shot they will move into player 4's position, player 4 will move into 3, 3 will move into 2 and 2 will go back into the line.
Progression could be that position 4 is taken away and its player 1 who then takes on the dribble and shot. Player 4 could be moved into being a defender. player 4 could pass back into player 1 for player 1 to take the shot.
