Split the area into 3 and split the players into 3 teams. Red start with the ball and pass it around their area with the aim of creating gaps in the yellow team so that they can get the ball across to the blue team. The team in the middle are to try and keep their shape and reduce the amount of space between themselves to stop the end teams from being able to pass through them. If the middle team intercepts the ball the swap positions with the team.
Move the ball quickly. Look for passing lanes to the opposite end. Use the space available to you. Defensive line, slide across to the side where the ball is. Closest player to close down the space in front of them.
