
The idea of this drill is to give the players an understanding of how the ball moves on the field. It has 2 wings, 1 forward, 2 center mids. Gives each position an idea of movement and placement on the field. Add Defensive in to make it more realistic. Start with passive pressure and move to active pressure as the team begins to understand what they are doing
Ensure each players is moving cone to cone with the play of the game. They do not necessarily need to sprint to their next cone unless the next pass relies on it.
