Shooting practice with pass from team-mate Ball protection drill shooting practice: 1 in goal, 1 passer, rest strikers. Passer lays ball off to striker, who then takes a shot. Striker then goes in goal, goalie then becomes passer, passer joins back of striker queue. Ball protection: Player 1 has the ball in the box, he has to protect the ball for up to 30 seconds from player 2. If successful, next player enters the box. If player 2 removes ball from box, player 2 becomes protector, player 3 then tries to remove the ball... and so on
