The drill starts with player (A) passing a lofted ball to player (B). Player (B) controls the ball & passes to Player (C) then makes a run down the line and away from player (C). Player (C) passes the ball down the line for player (B) to run onto then takes player (B) starting position. Player (B) after receiving the ball crosses it into the box to the running players (D) & (E). Players (D) & (E) make timely runs into the box with one going to the front post & the other to the back post. Whoever is in the best postion to strike the ball shoots at goal. End of drill Both players return back to their orginal positions outside the box. Player (B) after crossing the ball returns to player (C) position & the drill now starts on the other side.
