Three even sided teams, with one of them spread on the outside. In the middle, 2 touch game between the two teams. The objective is to score. When the team scores, the losing team must go off immediately and replace the team on the outside. The team who just scored must now attack the opposite end. Either team can use the players on the outside to feed the ball. The players on the outside are only allowed 1 touch.
