Set up double penalty box with goalkeeper in each goal. Each player around the outside are passing ball long and short to other outside players. At any point a player can pass ball in to one striker if movement has been good and shouts either green or black goal. Striker can shoot first time, or link with other striker to get shot away. Red player in middle is defender.
