Objective: High repetition practice of clever forward movements & shooting. Detail: Use same 30 x 40 area as above with 4 goals. Put in 8 mannequins as shown in diagram (use poles or cones as an alternative). In same groups of 4, have 2 players as forwards (1 at each mannequin) and 2 players as feeders by the goals. P1 plays to P2 opposite who receives and strikes at goal. P1 & P2 swap positions and P3 & P4 repeat process. As there is no GK to begin, coach the movement to receive and finishing. Movement from forward player to lose defender (mannequin). Go away from the ball, then short, sharp movement into a space. Quality of pass from feeder (speed, weight, height, accuracy, variety). Positive first touch from forward. Awareness of where GK would be & accurately finish. Variety of finishes (Inside, outside, laces, driven, lofted, etc).
