Players get into Three's. Simple 2 way shooting - main focus is on the players striking the ball - but can give some coaching points to GK's. 1. Players start by just running up to the ball and striking the ball @ goal. 2. Players now have to take a prep touch and then strike the ball (using the outside of the foot, to then attack the ball at an angle). If the player scores, the other player will then strike the ball. If the GK saves it, she/he turns round and rolls the ball to other player. Change every 3/5 minutes.
Strike the ball with your laces. Plant non-kicking foot by the ball aiming @ the goal. Time your run right - by taking little steps to make sure foot is by the ball. Strike through the ball to generate power.
