
Set out a large area. To start with all the players jog around the area in which ever direction they like. Add in high knees, heal flicks, side steps. short accelerations, running backwards, vertical jumps, hamstring sweeps etc. Add in dribbling the ball and still doing all the actions.
Use all of the space. Don't all go the same way. Head up and look for space. Keep close control of the ball when added.
