
To keep the ball and outwit opponents. One team starts with the ball; they must complete 5 passes. On completing these passes one opposing player can try and intercept the ball. Every 5 successful passes frees another opposing player to join. If the player is successful at intercepting the teams swap roles. To win, the team in possession must achieve 5 passes with all opponents in their half. Progressions: 1.Carry/ hold the ball for 4 seconds2.Introduce defensive checks
