for the team of 18, create groups of 3 and have one ball between them. One player will be the kicker, one the stationary player and the last one will be the marker. For the demonstration to the right, the yellow players start as the kickers, reds are the "stationary players" and the blue are the "markers". The "kicker" will kick the ball high to the stationary player whilst the marker will run towards the same player to mark the ball against them. After the first mark is done, each peron rotates to there new position. Yellow will become the marker, blue the stationary player and finally red will be the kicker.
