
1v1 tackling drill. set up 2 lines with half your players in each line. each line has to run around the markers idicated as one team will be a attacking drill and the other will be the defending. on the mark of go from one of the coaching staff both players run around the markers and go in for the contact.
look for leading leg out in front and close to the attatcking player. defending player should have good first contact then follow up with a good wrestle. a good wrestle consists of having head in tight and hips in tight and then wrestle to their back.
