DESCRIPTION

If possible split into back and forwards, if not, do it altogther Players start on their stomachs in line with cone B, run forward and hit the ground in line with cone A, turn and forward and hit the ground in line with cone C, turn and run back to hit the ground in line with cone B - that is one set - both groups to complete six sets - go for four rounds depending on time.
