Highway sets are for metre-eaters. All player's "off the ball": hold shape and continue to call for a 'shift'. Create uncertainy and width for your opposing defenders.Players in the highway "Channel": ball runners must 'straighten-up' each successive play / run forward to progress the ball. Both sides of teh ruck push-up with each tackle.
