DESCRIPTION

For the first drill, the players will be put through different fitness drills. To do this, the players will be placed at different stations to make sure they get a different range of exercises to different parts of their bodies. There will be 5 different stations that the players will go through. First station-Sprints for 10m Second station-Split Jumps and squat jumps Third station-"Follow the Leader" Fourth station-Push ups Fifth station-Plank
