This drill focuses on passing skills but also trying to get around the defender. It also focuses on the defender tring to put pressure on the offence and getting the touch. The players will line up in 2 lines, 8 in an offence line, 2 in a defence line. When the whistle has been blown, 2 players from the offence line will run around the cone up one end while 1 player from the defence line will run around the cone on the other end onto the field. Now the 2 offence will try and get past the defender to score but they can only be touched once. Keep going with the activity after the players have a few goes at being an offender and defender.
