
Now that we have done passing and line defence, we can now work on the fitness of the players. For this drill the players will participate in a zig zag agility test. There are five cones where each player will run around. This drill will not just help the players with their fitness but it will also help with running with the ball. All of the blue players in the diagram are all the same person.
