For this drill you will need 15 cones and 4 or 6 balls. For this drill you will put have each player standing at a cone that corresponds to their positions. for example the orange cone is for the two hookers and the blue cones are for the two halves, with the rest of the team standing behind one of the blue attacking cones or white defensive cones. The play the team is running is a simple unders play where the half back will recevie the ball and pass it onto the next attack who will run an overs line past the next attacker(as seen in diagram), from there the ball carrier can chose to pass the ball to the unders runner or the outside runner. The defenders in this drill will try and stop the players from advancing past them at a 50% tackle intensity. To advance this drill you would intergrate over simple plays such as block plays and face balls.
