Players stand behind the 2 cones directed by the coach you can either use 2 or 3 balls for this game. the balls will start on one side with 1 team and the other side is the defenders so when the coach says go people with the ball will run around the end cone then into the playing area done to the other side to score a try without the defenders tagging them. if they get tagged then of game then players go back to their side and line up again, give the ball to the other side once everyone has had a few goes at attacking or defending. next you can do into 2 vs 1 so same set up but only one ball with 2 attackers so they have to work together by passing the ball backwards to get past the one defender, if the ball lands on the ground, forward pass or defender touch the person with the ball end of game and players go line up again swap the ball on the other side once everyone has had a few goes at attacking or defending.
