
On e on One tackle drill . 1. Red player passes the ball to Blue player, both run towards other cone . 2. Red player must track Blue player across using good foot work to get leading or outside foot up close and in the center line of Blue player to make the tackle . 3. Make sure eyes up, head up, hands up and elbows in trying to create a stronger core . 4. Dip late by bending knees not back to ensure lower legs are same angle as spine for optimal power . 5. Make solid contact with outside shoulder driving up and through with legs and finish on top of player .
