DESCRIPTION

In the warm up the class will start by stretching all the muscles in their body in a class stretch. Get the class to line up in 2 different lines and 3 people from the attacking line will run around the cone and one person from the defending line will run around the other cone. The three players from the attacking line have to pass the ball and try to score a try without being tagged by the defending player Continue until everyone`s has a go at attacking
