
Split the team into groups of five, have 1 group behind one marker and the other group behind the next marker. The warm up starts by having the first member with the ball in each group run up to the top marker go around it and on their way back pass to the second player in line when they are about two meters from them. that runner will then go to the back of the line and either kneel or sit down. The first group to have all their members seated or kneeling wins.
