There are 12 players in a grid, 3 are defenders and have to try and get the players in blue out by passing and moving around the grid, but when they have the ball they aren't allowed to move with the ball. The team of 3 only have 2 minutes to capture the blue players so they have to work at a high intensity to achieve their goal.
