
Set markers across in a line 5m apart Set markers 5-10m opposite them Have 3 players line up inbetween the first gap of markers and the rest of the team behind them When coach says go first 3 players move up to opposite gap of markers When moving back the group shuffles over to next gap On go both groups move up to opposite gap and repeat
Have players put there arms out to keep distance from other players Wait till every player is back before moving up again Hold 1, 2, 3 works well
