Players get into teams of 7. 7 players in the red bibs are the attackers, and have 5 touchs to try and score a try within 20 metres of the try line. They must pass, if the ball gets dropped or is passed forward, they start again. The attackers get 3 chances to score a try before the defending team has a go at attacking. The team in the blue bibs are the defence. For the start of this drill, the defending team only have 6 players on the feild. Once the ball has been played players are to run of the try line to the 10 meter line where they can only move sideways, focusing on their sliding defence. Each time a touch is made, the defence are to run backwards to the try line. Through out the drill, the coach will call the 7th defender to come onto the feild to make it more challneging for the attackers
Ensure the attackers are passing, rucking and deffending correctly. If it seems to challenging for the attackers, take another defender of the feid, which will allow the attackers to find the over lap easier.
