
Tell the players to get a partner. Place one person from a pair on the end and the other on the oposite side on the other side. And continue to place the players this way. Give the players. Make sure their partner has the same number. Set 2 cones on either side of the grid. Have one side attacking and the other defending. Call out a number and have the players to run to opposite cones. Then it is a 1v1.
