
Players line up spread evenly behind the 4 cones. The player with the ball runs out and passes to the left hand side, the 1st reciever then passes, and the 2nd reciever passes to the end player. The end player runs to the opposite cone and 'pops' it to the next team, who then repeat the passing drill.
