This exercise is to encourage the players to practice their fast hands and ball control, the aim of the drill is to pass the ball as fast as you can down the line to the last man to throw the ball at your side's cone, the first team to hit the cone wins.
The players can get carried away very easily with this drill because they want to win and this can mean they focus very little on technique so it is important to keep reminding them to use proper technique when passing. You can even include a rule where if someone doesn't look where they are passing or point their fingers then their team is diqualified.
