Cyclic disc movement drill to emphasize quick movement and spacing. 1: Dish throw from B to wheel cut behind from C 2: Continuation swing from C to A. B clears towards sideline 3: Short back throw from A to C. C starts eject cut, but breaks off with back cut. 4: Upfield throw from C to strike cut from A. 5: Wide throw from A to bump cut from B. C clears wide an upfield to stay level with A and B. 6: Centering throw from B to A. A makes strike cut to "seven" cut to middle of field. B should fake to the strike cut. Repeat from new positions moving downfield.
-Get in motion quickly after making throw (L1-L3) -Quick transition from catch to throw while maintaining control (L3-L5) -Movement should be to follow disc for next cut or clear to vacated space (L1-L3) -Improvise if things go "off the rails" (L3-L5) -Maintain wide spacing to move disc back and forth across wide area of field (L1-L3) -Keep "vertical" throw distance short to keep compactness and facilitate quick movement (L2,L3) -Adapt "tightness" of spacing to focus on training different situations (L3-L5)
