DESCRIPTION

Red 1 shoots a free throw. Players O1, O2 and O3 rebound the ball, fill the lanes. Red 1 plays defence. 2 cones at the halfway line. The wing players must go around the cones. After finishing fast break the shooter becomes defender and 3 players goes against 1 to the opposite basket.

15 Pass Drill | Passing

15 Pass Drill:

Within half court only, offensive team must try to make 15 consecutive passes.

The defensive team must try to intercept or deflect the passes.

No dribbling.

2 Player Pass, Cut and Shoot | Passing

2 Player Pass, Cut and Shoot:

  1. Player 1 passes across to player 2.

  2. Player 1 will then cut around the cone near the baseline and back up towards the 3 point line.

  3. When Player 1 gets to this position player 2 will pass to player 1.

  4. Player 2 will then run around the cone and cut towards the basket where he will receive a pass from player 1 and shoot the ball.

2 on 2 - Transition Drill | Passing

2 on 2 - Transition Drill:

Two players (blue) with the ball start from the half way line. They're playing against Red 1 and Red 2.

After the attackers have had their shot the 2 defenders must box out and claim the rebound.

Once the drill is complete players rotate:

Attackers become the new defenders, the defending pair leave the court and swap with a new pair who are the new attackers!

Continue until every pair has had a go.

2 on 1 Passing Drill:

Blue 1 and Blue 3 must try to exchange passes. White 1, the defender must try to intercept or deflect the pass.
