This Session has been designed for players of all ages and abilities to improve their Awareness, First Touch and Dribbling Confidence - making sure they look up and make every touch count!
To keep your players motivated we've included a few fun games along the way to keep your players interested, alert and willing to work hard throughout the entirety of this Dribbling Session!
In addition to this we also find time to squeeze in a Turning exercise which will test your players' ability to turn on a sixpence and will give you the ideal opportunity to introduce younger players to moves such as the Cruyff turn, first used by Johan Cruyff back in 1974 (yes it was that long ago)!
Through a series of fun drills this session moves quickly as aim to get your team moving quickly around the pitch to support the player on the ball and offer them an outlet whilst also improving their ability to receive the ball and tee themselves up for either a dribble or the next pass to a team-mate.
Create a resolution to develop your coaching confidence by seizing the opportunity to discover new drills, turn ideas into action and seek advice from the coaching community.
