Co-ordinate a straight arm swing towards the apparatus with a spring from 2 feet away.
Shoulder block, take weight briefly on tense, straight arms, then lift arms high.
Straddle legs over the apparatus to land on mat with feet together.
Land in a half squat, flexing ankles, knees and hips to absorb impact.
Stretch to long shape to finish.
