Players take it in turns to attack in a 2 vs 1, with one player from the left pairing with the central player or a player from the right pairing with the central player (player 1 and 2 or player 2 and 3).
Once players are past the defender they should have a shot on goal before retrieving the ball and rejoining the back of their respective line.
The center group will be working hardest here so rotate groups regularly.
Players should try and draw the defender out of position, creating space for the player looking to receive the pass - if the defender doesn't come then player should attack the space.
