Players A+B in possession move forward and play the ball to their partner alongside, who is moving forward as well. At the same time players C feint at the cone and pass and catch the ball. Players D are waiting.
At a signal of the coach the player A and B take the positions of the waiting D players.
D players take the positions of the C players and start passing.
Players C take the positions of the A and B players and start passing.
After the pass, players move backwards to their own starting positions.
Pass should be given in a backward direction and should be caught always in forward motion.
At the signal of the coach all players should be aware of the fact that they have to go into another position quickly.
