Players from both lines run forwards at the same time, with the ball carrier crossing over in front of the other player.
When the players cross over they should switch the ball between them as at this point they are blocking the goal keeper's view.
Once the other player has the ball they should shoot on goal before then collecting their ball and joining the back of the queue.
To warm up your goalkeeper players must throw specific shots:
To the goalkeeper's hands, in the left/ right hand top corner, left/ right hip height, left/ right bottom corners or free shooting.
Players can also vary how they shoot:
Centre shot, jump shot, jump shot in 1 or 2 or 3 step rhythm, jump off with two feet, jump off on 'wrong' leg or hop on the same foot once, twice or three times before throwing (left or right foot).
