Two defenders start a few meters apart with a line of attackers in a queue in front of them.
The feeder on the side of the court plays the ball into the path of the strikers who takes their shot within 3 steps of catching the ball.
The two defenders must move together when the ball is passed to try and block the incoming shot.
Blocking
- Forearms close to each other.
- Elbows bent towards each other.
- Look through your forearms so that you can never get hit in the face with the ball.
- Keep enough muscle tension in your arms and fingers so as to avoid injury.
