DESCRIPTION

A. Move sideward from left to right and left and get past the offensive defender and throw at the goal.

B. Move sideward from left to right and left and throw at the goal with a blocking defender.

C. Defender changes from defensive to offensive whenever he likes

Defend Breaks 6

Players run forwards and after 15 meters or a whistle from the trainer, the players turn around and jump on one leg. They then watch the trainer who waves a coloured shirt or just their left or right arm and players run backwards in that direction with a cross-over technique.

Running backwards should be done with cross-over legs. Always face up to watch for 'opponents'.

Two groups of players at the goalline, dribbling around the cones and giving a shot at the goal. One defender at 7 meters who either blocks or tackles the attacker.

Go and collect the ball and go to the other group.
