Two attacking players stand on either side of the goal area line and take it in turns to have gentle shots on goal (making it easy for the keeper to gather the ball).
Once the keeper has stopped the shot they should pass the ball up the centre of the court into the path of the red player in front of them.
Red players should aim to receive the ball on the move and then sprint forwards, dribbling the ballĀ with them, to the cone on the Centre line.
Goalkeepers should try to pass the ball out as fast as possible, ideally taking just one step before releasing the ball.
