Setup:
Two teams of 4 to 6 players each.
Play on a field with two marked goals and no goalkeepers.
Gameplay Rules:
Players may stop the ball with their hand.
While a player’s hand is in contact with the ball, defenders cannot challenge them. Instead, the player can use their free hand to tag the defender, earning 1 point.
To make a pass or shoot at the goal, the ball must be played with the feet.
A valid goal scores 2 points.
Players are not allowed to move while holding the ball with their hand.
Each possession allows for only one hand stop.
Make it More Challenging:
Players must shoot at the goal from a greater distance.
Introduce specific zones on the field where certain actions (like tagging or shooting) are allowed.
Variations:
Set up the goals so that players can shoot from either side.
This variation adds more complexity and tactical opportunities!
